Raw vegan diet

It would not be a vegan blog if I did not start with a green smoothie. I am trying to introduce into my life vegan raw diet. The idea is great! I have to say when I slowly started to get into it I actually felt so much better
Quick points on raw vegan diet:
❓There is little information about what the diet is about
❓Little choice of meals
❓Difficult in cold countries
❓When cravings kick in there is no saving
❓Fruit selections are more expensive in winter time
❓There is slight worry of gaining weight based on quantity of carbs being eaten
But let’s do not dismiss the idea that there are benefits behind this diet: ✅You actually start feeling better (no longer fatigue)
✅Opens your eyes to different foods
✅Majority can be palm oil free
✅And majority can be zero waste
I would definitely do it again!
